AI Automation Specialist
High Profit Coaching installs predictable client acquisition systems for coaches — and as our AI Automation Specialist, you're the person who makes that system run without constant manual effort. You'll build AI workflows, automation sequences, and operational systems using modern tools, connecting lead capture, follow-up, reporting, and internal operations so the whole agency scales without adding headcount for every new client.
This isn't a "set up one Zap and move on" role. You'll design end-to-end automations across CRM, WhatsApp, email, ad platforms, and internal dashboards, then keep improving them as we add clients and services. You'll work closely with our client success, marketing, and delivery teams to identify where manual work is slowing us down and replace it with something reliable. If you get real satisfaction from watching a workflow run flawlessly in the background, this is your kind of job.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience building automations or AI workflows, ideally for a marketing agency or operations-heavy business.
- A track record of turning a manual, repetitive process into a reliable automated system — with examples you can walk us through.
- Working knowledge of automation platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar), plus enough scripting ability to handle edge cases.
- An ownership mindset — you treat every workflow like it needs to run unattended for months, because it does.
- Clear, direct communication skills for mapping processes with non-technical teammates and documenting how systems work.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where new tools and use cases show up every week.
