Client Success Manager
High Profit Coaching installs predictable client acquisition systems for coaches — and as our Client Success Manager, you're the person who makes sure clients actually feel that promise, month after month. You'll manage communication, reporting, and project delivery across a roster of coaching and consulting clients, making sure every campaign, funnel, and deliverable lands on time and drives the results they signed up for.
This isn't a "forward the email" role. You'll own the client relationship end to end — translating performance data into plain-English updates, flagging risks before they become churn, and coordinating our ads, funnel, and creative teams so nothing falls through the cracks. If you get genuine satisfaction from a client renewing because they trust the results, this is your kind of job.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing client relationships, ideally at a marketing agency or other service-based business.
- A track record of keeping clients informed and confident, even when a campaign hits a rough patch — proactive communication over damage control.
- Working knowledge of basic marketing metrics (leads, CPL, ROAS, close rate) well enough to explain performance in plain language.
- An ownership mindset — you treat every client relationship like your own reputation depends on it, because it does.
- Clear, direct communication skills for coordinating between clients and our ads, funnel, and creative teams without losing details in translation.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment where multiple client accounts run in parallel.
