High Profit Coaching installs predictable client acquisition systems for coaches — and as our Sales Closer, you're the person who turns a booked appointment into a signed client. You'll conduct strategy calls with qualified coaches and consultants who've already opted in through our funnels, walking them through their goals and closing them into long-term retainer engagements.
This isn't a "read the script and hope" role. Every prospect on your calendar has already raised their hand — your job is to diagnose their real problem, position our system as the solution, and close with integrity, not pressure. You'll work closely with our marketing and client success teams so the handoff from lead to client to delivery is seamless. If you get genuinely energized by a hard "no" that turns into a confident "yes," this is your kind of job.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience closing sales calls, ideally selling high-ticket services, coaching, or consulting offers.
- A track record of hitting or exceeding close-rate targets, with real numbers you can speak to — not just "I'm good on the phone."
- Working knowledge of consultative sales frameworks and how to run a strategy call without sounding scripted.
- An ownership mindset — you treat every booked call like it's your own pipeline, and you follow up until you get a clear answer.
- Clear, direct communication skills for handling objections calmly and coordinating with client success on smooth handoffs.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, target-driven environment where your close rate is visible every week.
