We do not guarantee specific financial results.

  1. Payments & Billing

All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You will not initiate fraudulent chargebacks
Fees once paid are subject to our Refund Policy

You acknowledge that business outcomes are variable.

  1. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate business information
Deliver required assets on time
Maintain access to required ad accounts
Comply with advertising platform policies
Review deliverables within reasonable time

Delays caused by the client do not extend project deadlines automatically.

  1. Intellectual Property

All proprietary frameworks, systems, strategies, copy, and assets created by High Profit Coaching remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

Clients receive usage rights for paid deliverables only.

You may not:

Resell our proprietary frameworks
Repackage our systems
Claim ownership of our internal processes

  1. Acceptable Use

You may not use our services for:

Illegal activities
Misleading or deceptive offers
Adult content
Hate speech or discriminatory content
Gambling (unless legally licensed)
Prohibited advertising categories

We reserve the right to refuse service at our sole discretion.

  1. Account & Access

If access to accounts such as Meta Business Manager or Google Ads is required:

You remain the owner of your ad accounts
We act as authorized managers only
We are not liable for platform suspensions beyond our control

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, High Profit Coaching shall not be liable for:

Indirect losses
Loss of revenue or profits
Business interruption
Platform bans
Data loss

Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the preceding 30 days.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless High Profit Coaching from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal costs arising from:

Your business operations
Your advertising claims
Violation of platform rules
Misrepresentation in your offer

We may use third-party platforms including, but not limited to:

Google
YouTube
CRM systems
Email automation tools

We are not responsible for:

Policy changes
Account bans
Technical outages
Platform algorithm changes

  1. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

Payment is delayed
Platform policies are violated
Communication breaks down
Client behavior is abusive or unethical

Termination does not entitle the client to automatic refunds.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in India.

We may update these Terms at any time.
