Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services and digital products offered by High Profit Coaching through https://highprofitcoaching.com.

By purchasing any service or product, you agree to this policy.

  1. Service-Based Work

All marketing, funnel development, consulting, strategy, and advertising services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Due to the time, strategy, intellectual property, and execution involved, payments made for services are final.

If a project has started, no refund will be issued for:

Time invested
Strategy development
Funnel builds
Ad setup
Creative development
Consulting calls

  1. Advance Payments

All advance payments secure your project slot and team allocation.

Advance payments are non-refundable.

If a client chooses to cancel before project completion, no refund will be issued for work already completed or reserved time.

  1. Digital Products & Training

All digital products, downloadable materials, templates, frameworks, or training programs are non-refundable.

Once access is granted or materials are delivered, refunds will not be provided.

  1. Advertising Spend

Ad spend paid to platforms such as Meta, Google, or YouTube is separate from our service fees.

We do not control platform billing and cannot issue refunds for advertising spend under any circumstances.

  1. Subscription or Retainer Services

If on a monthly retainer:

Fees are billed in advance.
Cancellation must be requested before the next billing cycle.
No partial refunds will be issued for unused days within a billing period.

  1. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only if:

No work has been started
No strategy has been delivered
No internal resources have been allocated

Such decisions are made solely at the discretion of High Profit Coaching.

  1. Chargebacks

Initiating a fraudulent chargeback without first contacting us will be considered a breach of agreement.

We reserve the right to:

Dispute chargebacks
Suspend all services
Pursue recovery of funds and associated fees
