Performance Marketing Specialist
HighProfit Coaching installs predictable client acquisition systems for coaches — and as our Performance Marketing Specialist, you're the person who actually makes that promise real. You'll plan, launch, and manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns for coaching and consulting clients, turning every rupee of ad spend into qualified leads and booked appointments.
This isn't a "boost post and hope" role. You'll own targeting, budgets, creative testing, and daily optimization end-to-end, working closely with our funnel and creative team to make sure the whole client acquisition system, ads, landing page, follow-up — is pulling in the same direction. If you get genuinely excited by a CPL dropping or a ROAS curve bending upward, this is your kind of job.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience running Meta and/or Google Ads campaigns, ideally for coaches, consultants, or other service-based businesses.
- A track record of reading campaign data and making fast, confident optimization calls — not just "set it and forget it" management.
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and basic pixel/tracking setup.
- An ownership mindset — you treat client ad spend like it's coming out of your own pocket.
- Clear, direct communication skills for reporting results to clients and coordinating with the funnel and creative team.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, data-driven environment where results matter more than hours logged.
